And a few more...

He's well loved allready

We had a spotty night last night with Milo but got some quality sleep this morning. Lots of people came to see Mr. Milo yesterday and today. It looks like Meg will be able to come home Thursday.

still going...

Dear all,

Meg has been sleeping quite a bit between turnings.  Her legs are numb now so the nurse has been coming in every half hour or so and flip-flopping her around.  Neil decided to wait it out and take the day off tomorrow (his last vacation day).  He went out to the van to try to get some sleep.  Duane and Deb are going to stay vigilant for as long as possible.  I'm going to try to get some sleep too as it will be early morning at the earliest before anything happens.  One of the friends is working right now and may be the one who washes him off.  : )  Kosha and Brian should be landing soon so they will probably stop in and see us.  They may want to stay in Fort Collins somewhere and see the conclusion of things.  Megan is still only dilated to a six so it will be another five hours at least according to Nurse Jen.  Jen was our nurse yesterday (worked from 11am when we got here untill 11 pm) then was able to be assigned our nurse again today.  She's really nice, we were hoping she would see the baby born.  The midwife is Kelly Jean until tomorrow mng at 7 am when it will switch to Stesha.

love you all,

Monte

labor update

Megan is having small contractions, not very painfull yet.  She is dialated to a five and just had her water popped manually by the midwife.  Things are progressing normally.  Deb and Neil came and Duane.  Duane and I actually made it to McConnells for mtg this am.

Great Gpa Duane showed up with flowers

Gma and Gpa Olsen showed up soon after

It's go time!

After experiencing three weeks of being ready to head to Fort Collins at the drop of a hat, we are finally in the hospital trying to prod baby Lerwick out of Megan.  This is the first two hours in what could be two days of waiting.  It seemed like a good chance to set up a blog.

We are setting up a blog because we want to be able to share pictures with the people we don't get to see as often as we would like.  Also, we are going to post the weekly batch of Albin News that Monte cooks up for the Pine Bluffs Post.

Enjoy!!
